Thanks to all who supported our ninth season, we'll kick-off our tenth and final season in Dec. with a special performance of an all-new cabaret-style show--LODESTONE AFTER DARK: THE BEGINNING OF THE END hosted by Alec Mapa. Together they embark on a search for the last human male, Adon-Ra, a revolutionary who happens to be J’an Jah’s ex-husband. Trailing them is the bounty hunter Mikah Monoch, sent by the ruthless President Ya-Wi. Will E-V and Adon-Ra be able to unite and save the human race? Or will Ya-Wi’s empire hold sway?

--The Korean Film Council (KOFIC) invites you to a fundraising gala for CROSSING, this year's submission to the Academy Awards. Fri. Nov. 14, 6:30-9:30 pm. --UCLA will screen three previously "lost" films starring the great Japanese-American actor SESSUE HAYAKAWA and produced by his own company--HIS BIRTHRIGHT (1918), THE COURAGEOUS COWARD (1919), THE MAN BENEATH (1919). Elif Rongen, from the Nederlands Filmmuseum, will discuss the restoration of these important films, two of which remain fragments. November 17, 7:30PM ( Free Admission )

--ACTING CLASSES with Dom Magwili. The next session begins Monday, November 10, 2008, 7PM to 10 PM. The session runs for SIX (6) Mondays.
