Volunteers needed for Suddenly Last Summer

Please volunteer for our next production and log your hours. Volunteer info from producer Yoyao follows:
Have you gotten your volunteer hours in yet? Don't lie, Ryun has the numbers. If you haven't, here's your chance. "Suddenly, Last Summer" will be opening August 2nd and will be needing volunteers Before and During the run. Here’re all the opportunities you have to get your hours:
Tech Week:
Mon - Tues, 7/21 – 22 (possibly Tues-Wed, 7/22-23)
- We will need 3 people to help Load In and Hang Lights during the DAY time with Chris Singleton.
- We will need 3 people to help Set Build during the NIGHT time with Luis Delgado
Thurs – Sat, July 24 – 26
- We will need 2 people to help
The Run:
We need 6-7 volunteers for the Opening Night Gala on Saturday, Aug. 2nd. We will need you there around 5pm. If you can't make it at 5pm, don't worry, it's not a deal breaker. You can come at around 7pm.
If you can't come on August 2nd, then you still have 3 weeks to volunteer. We'll need 2 ushers every night for the run. If you volunteer, you will be able to watch this Classic for free. And remember, you can usher more than once! These are the dates.
Aug. 2 - 24
Fri. and Sat - 7pm
Sun. - 1pm
Thurs, Aug. 14 - 7pm
Thurs, Aug. 21 - 7pm
